Between 2006 and 2008, I was involved in the
Bantu-Romance
Connection project
with
Katherine
Demuth. The aim was to investigate the similarities between
Bantu and Romance languages. It started with an exploratory
workshop funded by the
Euroopean Science Foundation,
and resulted in the publication of
an
edited volume based on work
presented at the workshop and revised to incorporate a
cross-linguistic perspective. Click
